Symptoms
On : 12.1.0.4.0 version, Database as a Service
If there is a (perfectly valid) target name for a db instance of <hostname>_<sid><domainname> and a
profile and template are created from it, then when an RMAN full clone database is provisioned from it,
it will fail during the 'Restore the database from the RMAN backups' with an error:
