Assuming “Enable History Tracking” is enabled at project level
To Confirm if “Enable History Tracking” is enabled navigate to the below steps
- Log in To Admin Console (http://localhost:8088/admin)
- From "Database" (drop down) select "OATS_otm_DS" and login with user "administrator"
- Click on "Projects" Tab
- Select the Project for which you would like to verify
- Click pencil icon
- In the pop windows check if the check box against "Enable History Tracking" is checked
To know the details of tables/View which stores the information of history of change in status ie. from “Fixed to Open” and “Fixed to Closed” for a particular "ISSUE" in Oracle Test Manager (OTM).
