Symptoms
EM 12.1.0.6.0 Cloud Plug-in, Database as a Service
For a 3-node cluster with following memory setup:
cluster1 16GB
cluster2 16GB
cluster3 32GB
The Self Service Portal is using incorrect resource usage.
The initial memory in the Pool Capacity is randomly set to either 32G or 16G.
When Total Resource Available is set to 16384.0 MB, database creation fails.
