Symptoms

When navigating to the 'Storage Details' screen, the following message is shown:

"Storage Details are not available for this host. It could be due to an older version of the agent installed on the host or because this feature is not supported on the host
operating system"

For example:

• Go to "Targets" menu
• choose "hosts"
• Pick the relevant host and click on it to drill down to that host's home page.
• From the "Hosts" (drop down menu), choose "Storage Details"
• The message is displayed

Sometimes, this message is also be accompanied by:

(host:<Hostname>.<Domainname>.com:host_storage:storage_reporting_data)]
ERROR - null javax.xml.bind.UnmarshalException
- with linked exception:
[org.xml.sax.SAXParseException: <Line 1, Column 46519>: XML-20221: (Fatal Error) Invalid char in text.]

and

host_storage:storage_reporting_data:Result has repeating key value
