Symptoms

Using EM 12.1.0.5. OMS and agent with OVM 3.3.2. When an SSA user tries to request a server.

Enterprise -> Cloud -> Self Service Portal -> Request Servers

Entered the zone and template and press next

Error
The request cannot be submitted because sufficient number of NIC's are not available for this request.
