Goal

Privilege Delegation(PDP) allows an administrator to perform privileged activities with the privileges of another user. Enterprise Manager natively supports two authentication utility tools to achieve Privilege Delegation

  1. Sudo
  2. PowerBroker

There are multiple third party PDP tools available to users, for instance SUEXEC, DZDO, SESU. This document intends to give general guidance to customers who are using third party PDP tools other than Sudo and PowerBroker for configuring privilege delegation in Enterprise Manager.
