Is there a Report for Issue Change History in OTM ? (Doc ID 2077678.1)

Is there a History of Issues Report showing all the status changes in Oracle Test Manager (OTM)?

For instance, log on to OTM and navigate to Issues tab > Select an Issue and the History Icon.
The History dialog box is displayed with a drop down list of changes in the Date field.
When a date is selected the Issue changes are displayed in the dialog box.  
Is it possible to produce a report with this information?

Navigating to the Reports tab and creating a custom report shows that the available fields just includes 'Last Modified By'.  There is no
field for History.   A custom field would need to be updated each time with this information so is not feasible.
