EM12c Cloud Control
Using the Oracle Enterprise Manager 12c Cloud Control console to apply FMW bundle patches, an error similar to the following is seen and no further progress can be made:
(The stack shown occurred when applying Oracle Identity Management Suite bundle patch 21698880 using EM12c, but a similar stack will be seen for any complex FMW bundle patch.)
