Using EM 12c OMS post configuration with Active Directory, the OMS fails to start.

$EM_INSTANCE_BASE/gc_inst/user_projects/domains/GCDomain/servers/EMGC_OMS1/logs/EMGC_OMS1.out file reports following errors:

Active Directory configuration is setup through the WLS Admin Console.
