Unable To Start Admin Server with JVMD Agent Related Errors (Doc ID 2088845.1)

Oracle WebLogic Server - Version 10.3.6 and later
APM - Application Performance Management - Version 11.1.0.1 and later
Oracle Solaris on SPARC (64-bit)

Symptoms

This case was seen on WebLogic 11g servers in cluster environment with OEM cloud control 12 c installed separately on different servers.

For JVM Diagnostics installation, the below steps were followed from cloud control: https://docs.oracle.com/cd/E24628_01/install.121/e22624/jvmd_installation.htm#EMBSC215.

When restarting WebLogic Server, the following error is seen:
