To upgrade the jdk in the $ORACLE_HOME of the 188.8.131.52 dbconsole/rdbms. Please note, that only the minor java version can be updated.
For example, by default the 184.108.40.206 dbconsole ships with java 1.5.0_51. The goal of this document is to upgrade the minor java version to 1.5.0_81. Do not update to Java JDK 1.6 or higher. The update has to be for the minor version - 1.5.0_x. Only jdk version 1.5.0_x is supported.
Upgrading the jdk to the minor java version is a requirement when following this reference:

Note this solution does not apply to the 220.127.116.11 version of the database, nor does it apply to the 12c versions, where Enterprise manager Database Control is no longer included.
This procedure does not apply toe the jdk associated with the IBM AIX platform.
