Purpose
This document helps to configure Always on Monitoring (AOM) to receive email notifications when the Enterprise Manager (EM) 13c Cloud Control OMS is down.
Scope
AOM is useful for the Enterprise Manager (EM) Administrator to send an email notification to the user base even when the EM OMS itself is down. EM AOM provides the ability to monitor critical target status and metric alerts. The service continuously monitors critical targets through the Enterprise Manager Agent and can be easily configured to send email notifications for these events to administrators.
