 1. emsca fails with "ORA-01920: user name 'EMS' conflicts with another user or role name"
 2. emsca fails with ORA-12514 error
 3.  "emsctl start" fails with "Error starting EMS"
 4. Emails are not received from AOM
 5. "emsctl sync" fails with "Error during sync: Unable to start the Universal Connection Pool"
