Symptoms

Clickout for E-Business Suite Diagnostics is configured under Configuration > General > Advanced Settings > Clickout Settings

When executing from session diagnostics: 'Inspect in E-Business Suite Diagnostics (EBS) > User Search', the EM Console loads into the E-Business Suite target type, but to a non-existent target name
