EMM 12c: Enterprise Manager 12c Cloud Control High Availability Console Access results in Closed Connection Error (Doc ID 2098629.1)

Symptoms

Enterprise Manager 12.1.0.4.0 version, Data Guard Management

High Availability Console for a Primary Database (which has standby database configured in OEM) does not show any output on screen. The cursor moives in a blue ring and finally, after a long wait, gives a closed connection error.

All other primary databases (which have standby databases) open the HA console in normal manner.
