Creating an Incident Manager View Does Not Show Under 'My Views' Region

Create a shared Incident Manager View in 220.127.116.11 Cloud Control and see if it's listed under the 'My Views' region. In 18.104.22.168 Cloud Control, this worked fine but in 22.214.171.124 it is no longer working.
Upgraded from 126.96.36.199 to 188.8.131.52 Cloud Control.
