Creating an Incident Manager View Does Not Show Under 'My Views' Region (Doc ID 2104872.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
--------------------------
Create a shared Incident Manager View in 12.1.0.5 Cloud Control and see if it's listed under the 'My Views' region.  In 12.1.0.4 Cloud Control, this worked fine but in 12.1.0.5 it is no longer working.

Changes

 Upgraded from 12.1.0.4 to 12.1.0.5 Cloud Control.
