EM 12c: Silent Install of Agent Using agentDeploy.bat on Windows OS shows a Pop-up with "setup.exe has stopped working"

A pop-up is observed while deploying 64-bit OEM Windows Agent on Windows 2008 R2/Windows 2012. This happens only in case of silent installation using agentDeploy.bat on windows 64-bit machine:

After clicking the "Close the Program" option, the agent installation succeeds without any other errors.

- Following the suggestion from the below document does not help:
