EM 12c: Configuring BI Publisher for Enterprise Manager 12c Cloud Control on Windows 2012 R2 Fails: Error extending domain (Doc ID 2110265.1)

Symptoms

This document applies only to Enterprise Manager Systems running on the Microsoft Windows 2012 Server, Release 2 (R2)

 

Running configureBIP.cmd to configure the BI Publisher (BIP) that comes with Enterprise Manager (EM), may show the following error:
