Applying an EM Agent patch using an Enterprise Manager (EM) 12c Cloud Control patch plan fails with this screen error:
Select the agent12c1_3_xxxxx Oracle home from the All Targets page. On the home page of the Oracle home target, from the Oracle Home menu, select Configuration, then select Last Collected. From the Actions menu, click Refresh to refresh the target configuration.
Retry this step after the Oracle home target configuration is refreshed successfully.
Following the steps shown in the error message does not allow successful patching through the patch plan.
EM Agent patching using opatch (manually) locally is working.
