Database/Instance Name  = TEST
Directory =  /u01/app/oracle  and all subdirectories
OS Username = oracle

Add Standby Database from Primary on ASM, returns the following error in "Add Standby Database: Database Location" page

No ASM instance is being managed as an EM target on the selected standby host. To create a standby database on the selected host, an ASM instance must be added as an EM target.
Add ASM Instance as an Enterprise Manager Target
