Using 12.1.0.5.0 Oracle Enterprise Manager with the 12.1.0.8.0 Fusion Middleware Plugin and JVMD.

Graphs on JVMD pages taking more time to load and some times no graphs shown.

Increasing the Java Heap for JVMD has no affect on the issue.
