12c EM : Agent Upload Fails with "OMS version not checked yet" After the SLB Configuration was Moved From BIG IP F5 To NetScaler (Doc ID 2120531.1)

The SLB configuration for a multi-OMS setup was moved from BIG IP F5 to NetScaler. Only the vendor tool was modified but the EM related port configuration remained the same. After this, the agents on remote servers are unable to upload to the OMS:

- Attempting to secure the agents fails with the below errors in the <AGENT_INST_HOME>/sysman/log/secure.log file:

-  Hostname resolution from the agent host works fine to the OMS host as well as the SLB host.

-  There is no firewall blocking the OMS and SLB upload port access from the agent servers.

-  All the agents are marked as Unreachable in the Console UI.


SLB configuration was moved from one vendor tool to another vendor tool.
