EM 12c: Enterprise Manager 12c Cloud Control Incident View: 'Edit' Clears Date Range Settings (Doc ID 2122318.1)

There are "Custom Incident views" and it has some Date Range settings. 

Ex: From : 21-Jan-2010 12:00:00 CET
To : 21-Jan-2015 12:00:00 CET

When we click 'Edit' for any such view, the date range resets to following:
From : NULL
To :
