Symptoms

Accessing a Pluggable Database (PDB) with an account restricted to that PDB only, a separate log in to the Container Database (CDB) is required in the following functionality areas of the database target page of Enterprise Manager 12c Cloud Control:

Performance > Top Activity

Performance > Performance Home
