EM13c: Memory Utilization Graph for Linux Host shows Incorrect Value for Total Memory

Symptoms
When viewing the Enterprise Manager (EM) 13c Console and navigating to a Linux Host Target's Landing Page, you see an incorrect value for the 'Total:<nn>GB' Memory metric next to the Memory Utilization Graph.
You can confirm if you are experiencing this issue by comparing the Linux Host Target's 'Total:<nn>GB' value in the EM Console against the Linux host's ' free -m ' command as displayed below:

As you can see, the Value from the EM Console is not the same as what the host's 'free' command displays.
Changes
Installed/Upgraded to Enterprise Manager 13c and discovered Linux Host targets.
