Symptoms

Running the Enterprise  Manager (EM) 12.1 or 13.1 Cloud Control OMS and Agent with the EM Database Plug-in to monitor a 11.2.0.3/11.2.0.4 cluster database target. This is spawning many emcrsp.bin processes that do not terminate when the agent is stopped.
