EMCLI setup Fails on Windows When the OS Username has ! in it (Doc ID 2132725.1)

EMCLI setup command fails with the following error if the OS username has special character ! in it. Example: Oracle! , hostname1! etc.

Exception in thread "main" java.lang.ExceptionInInitializerError
at oracle.sysman.emSDK.emCLI.CLIController.init(
at oracle.sysman.emSDK.emCLI.CLIController.<init>(
at oracle.sysman.emSDK.emCLI.CLIController.<clinit>(
Caused by: java.lang.IllegalStateException: EM CLI Installation directory doesn'exist
