Section: 12.15.3 Prerequisites for Searching, Viewing, and Recovering Faults

Scenario: You do not want to give administration rights to a person who will be doing bulk recovery .

Currently, when a SOA transaction has remote fault in invoke activity, based on the fault policy, the activity would be retried and if it still fails, the transaction is placed into "pending manual recovery" status. Currently only admin role can process these messages.

Goal: To have one more role created, with privilege to process these messages.

Admin role has lots of privileges and should be restricted to administration team. Developer or monitoring team should also have privileges to process the messages in "pending manual recovery" status. Ideally option would be to create a new role for this privilege.
