BIP for EM: How to Update Enterprise Manager-Integrated BI Publisher Configuration After Modifying weblogic or nodemanager Password? (Doc ID 2137248.1)

Goal

This document applies if passwords for weblogic and nodemanager accounts were changed / are to be changed as per section "Changing the Weblogic Password When Existing Password is known" from the My Oracle Support (MOS) article:

   - <Note 1450798.1> EM 12c , 13c Cloud Control: Steps for Modifying the Password for Weblogic and Nodemanager User Accounts in the Enterprise Manager 12c Cloud Control Installation

PLEASE NOTE: Account corruption may have occurred without any password changes.  Either way, this document would be the first step in synchronizing these Weblogic accounts linked to BIP.
