Symptoms

Running opatch lsinventory command from 13c agent home fails with following error:

[oracle@anandu ~]$ cd <AGENT_HOME>/OPatch
[oracle@anandu OPatch]$ ./opatch lsinventory

java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: javax/xml/bind/JAXBException
at oracle.opatch.OPatchSession.<clinit>(OPatchSession.java:243)
at oracle.opatch.OPatch.<clinit>(OPatch.java:171)

OPatch failed with error code 255
