Symptoms

The symptoms are:

1. On BDA 4* with the 12.1.0.4 BDA EM Plugin no information is collected for any Infiniband Switch targets.  For all 3 Infiniband Switch targets:

<RACK_NAME>sw-ib1
<RACK_NAME>sw-ib3
<RACK_NAME>sw-ib3

The output is: No data to display

2. Navigating in the console and refreshing the IB Switch configuration:

Configuration > last refresh > Refresh

Reports:

Encountered the following problem(s) during collection and loading process: [SwitchConfiguration: SubnetManager:em_error=SSH key file /home/oracle/.ssh/id_dsa is not found
SwitchPortConnectors:em_error=SSH key file /home/oracle/.ssh/id_dsa is not found.
SwitchVersion:em_error=SSH key file /home/oracle/.ssh/id_dsa is not found.'
