When trying to upload a patch in Cloud Control Enterprise Manager "Saved Patches", the following error is received:
The required attribute "id" of the node "" is not found or is empty from the given patch metadata XML. Either a corrupt patch metadata file was given or it was modified manually. For more details, check the OMS logs.
