Incident Rule in Enterprise Manager 12c Cloud Control Sends Email Notifications on Direct and Indirect members of Dynamic Group (Doc ID 2144826.1)

Symptoms

Adding a dynamic group as a specific target to incident rule sends email notifications for both the direct and indirect members of this dynamic group.


Steps to reproduce the issue
------------------------------

1. The Dynamic groups :
  a. EXADATA :

  Criteria for this Group
  ====================
     i. Target Type
     ii. Contact
         >>> for example Target Type: Host and Contact: EXADATA (so this is a direct member)
 
  b. The EXADATA Group will have direct and indirect members, some of these indirect members should be related to another team for example (database instances or hosts).

  c. When adding this EXADATA group as a specific target for an incident rule email notifications, the group will be alerted for both direct and indirect members as follows:

       Host=<Host_Target_Name> 
       Target type=Host
       Target name=<Host_Target_Name>
       Categories=Capacity
       Message=CLEARED - Disk Device sda is 0.544% busy.
       Severity=Clear
       Event reported time=Apr 18, 2016 3:30:18 AM EDT
        ......
       Contact=DBA
       Department=Non-EC
       Line of Business=ERP
       ..........
       Platform=x86_64
      Rule Name=EXADATA,Production Metric Alert
      Rule Owner=SYSMAN
      Update Details:
      CLEARED - Disk Device sda is 0.544% busy.


The email notification was sent by the EXADATA incident rule although the contact property is DBA.
