Symptoms

The Enterprise Manager (EM) 13c Cloud Control Incident Manager generates this message:

Command exception /bin/bash: /oracle/agent13c/agent_13.1.0.0.0/sbin/nmr: No such file or directory

/bin/bash: /oracle/agent13c/agent_13.1.0.0.0/sbin/nmr: No such file or directory : oracle.sysman.si.core.utils.agent.pojo.sessionmgmt.pojo.NmrException: /bin/bash: /oracle/agent13c/agent_13.1.0.0.0/sbin/nmr: No such file or directory
