After Upgrade, Saved Patches Page is Showing: Stale Patch Components Are Found in Software Library (Doc ID 2152005.1)

After Cloud Control upgrade, the Save Patches page is showing a warning:

Stale patch components are found in Software Library. They need to be upgraded prior to be able to be used in the patch plan. Upgrade Now

However, trying the upgrade job, this will show error messages like:

[INFO] Upgrading the patch "6367360"...
[INFO} Populating the patch with more detailed information that was obtained from the Management Repository...
[ERROR] An unexpected exception, "null", occurred while upgrading patches.


OMS was upgraded from one version to another.
