Symptoms

Using 13c OMS with repository in a dataguard setup.

Attempting to perform a switchover from the primary repository database to the standby DB via the console UI. Soon after the switchover button is clicked, the EM console UI crashes and the only way to access OEM again is manually switch from secondary that became primary to original primary.
