Using 13c OMS with repository in a dataguard setup.

Attempting to perform a switchover from the primary repository database to the standby DB via the console UI. Soon after the switchover button is clicked, the EM console UI crashes and the only way to access OEM again is manually switch from secondary that became primary to original primary.

Error Reported:

OEM DataGuard Switchover crash OEM With Error "Enterprise Cloud control Manager is not available.EMGC_OMS server where cloud control runs , or some other component might be down"

emcc-as01 (OMS_HOME / AGENT_HOME) <-------- connected to ------> emcc-db01 (primary DB where OMS to using as DB)

emcc-dr01 is Standby database created using OEM 13c DG feature.

So, when select (emcc-dr01) then click [Switch] which cause OEM to become inaccessible, and only way can access OEM again is manaully switch primary back to emcc-db01, but when login to OEM it will show emcc-dr01 as still primary, and emcc-dr01 become unusable.
