Symptoms

The OPatch update (OPATCH_PATCH_UPDATE_JOB)job is failing with:

Checking My Oracle Support authorization.

The application may not be able to access the Software Library storage locations. Verify that all the Software Library storage locations are well configured. If a storage location is of the OMS Agent filesystem type, ensure that valid host credentials are specified. For more information, check the OMS logs.
