Symptoms

The Enterprise Manager (EM) 13c Cloud Control Agent creates the following directories in /tmp periodically:

$ ls -ltr  /tmp
drwxr-----. 2 oracle oinstall 4096 Jul 20 23:58 OraInstall2016-07-20_11-58-33PM
drwxr-----. 2 oracle oinstall 4096 Jul 20 23:58 OraInstall2016-07-20_11-58-40PM
drwxr-----. 2 oracle oinstall 4096 Jul 20 23:58 OraInstall2016-07-20_11-58-47PM
drwxr-----. 2 oracle oinstall 4096 Jul 20 23:58 OraInstall2016-07-20_11-58-54PM
