OMS 13c Do Not Close Rotated Logfiles, Disk Goes Out Of Space (Doc ID 2164025.1)

Symptoms

In 13c Cloud Control, the logs at gc_inst/user_projects/domains/GCDomain/servers/EMGC_OMS(n)/logs is not getting rotated
and also do not get released after deleting it. Oracle Management Service Keeps the files till a restart of OMS is done.
