Symptoms

Installed Oracle HTTP Server (OHS) into a WebCenter Content (WCC) domain.

Afterwards, the uninstall of the Oracle HTTP Server (OHS) causes Fusion Middleware Control Enterprise Manager (EM) console to no longer be accessible.

IOException: Plugin not found for system component type 'OHS', plugin type 'PROCESS'

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Install WebCenter Content (WCC ) and Oracle HTTP Server (OHS) into the same domain.
2. Uninstall OHS.
3. Now, Fusion Middleware Control (Enterprise Manager) is not accessible.

Changes

 Uninstall Oracle HTTP Server (OHS) from the WebCenter Content domain.
