Goal

 How to change the oats user password in the Oracle Application Testing Suite's WebLogic domain.

This is only for the "oats" WebLogic administrator used to log into the WebLogic Admin Console (http://localhost:8088/console/ by default) for the OATS domain. Other OATS users such as the database "OATS" user are separate users and this document does not change their password.
