Symptoms
One or both of the following may have occurred recently:
- EM 12c Cloud Control has been upgraded to version 13c.
- The EM 13c Cloud Control OMS Oracle Home has received a patch.
Subsequently, a Java error stack similar to the following occurs when running the omspatcher utility to patch the EM 13c Cloud Control OMS:
$omspatcher version OR
$omspatcher lspatches
