EM 13c: Named Credentials Selection in Enterprise Manager 13c Cloud Control Resets to Default Value from the Run SQL page

Symptoms
Enterprise Manager (EM) 13.1.0.0.0 Cloud Control
1. From EM 13c Cloud Control, navigate: Open the home page of a target DB > Performance > SQL > Run SQL
2. Select Host Credentials > Named > select any named credential from the drop down menu
3. Select Database Credentials > Named > select any named credential from the drop down menu
After selecting the database named credentials, the Host Credentials value resets to the 1st option in the menu, and correcting this will then reset the Database Credentials to its 1st option as well.
