Enterprise Manager 12c Cloud Control does not alert the Tablespace Full (%) Metric for some 12c database tablespaces.

There is a difference in the results from these two queries, which should normally match (for example):

select tablespace_name from dba_tablespace_usage_metrics order by tablespace_name;
