After upgrade to 13c Cloud Control, the Top Activity of a database target does not have correlated information between the historical view and the real-time one. The Events and trends are different.
Steps to reproduce the issue:
EM13c --> Click on a database target --> Performance --> Top Activity
--> View data: Historical presents incorrect information.
--> View Data: Real time show correct information and in-line with what actually goes on in the database.
Historical Data View shows Other / Queuing / Network / Administrative / Configuration wait events as the top events but AWR / ASH do not confirm any of these events. Also, regular real time activity shows no such wait events appearing on a regular basis.
