Target Alerts in Chart under All Metrics do not show the correct Timestamp when OMS and Agent are on different timezones

Information in this document applies to any platform.
The Oracle Management Server and the Target Agents are on different time zones. So, when viewing target Incident/Alert history data through the targets "All Metrics", the shaded areas in the graph do not align with the time stamp of the Alert.
The time stamp of the alert are correct; however, the display is incorrect.
