Symptoms
EM Create Standby Database
In step Add Standby Database: File Locations, Listener Configuration, select Use Default Grid Infrastructure Listener, but the wizard does not display the GI listener if the listener name is not default "LISTENER".
Trying to manually enter the non-default listener name, returns the following error:

Examine and correct the following error(s), then re-try the operation.
