Symptoms

In Enterprise Manager (EM) Cloud Control 13c version. After installing the OMSVFY kit.
Running the omsvfy comamnd fails with the "omsvfy[5]: test: argument expected"

./omsvfy version
./omsvfy[5]: test: argument expected
./omsvfy[5]: test: argument expected
./omsvfy[5]: test: argument expected
