Applying EM System Patch (enterprise manager for oms plugins <VERSION>) fails with the following patching session errors:
The warnings will be also logged in $OMS_ORACLE_HOME/cfgtoollogs/omspatcher/<PATCH NUMBER>/omspatcher_<TIMESTAMP>_analyze.log or omspatcher_<TIMESTAMP>_deploy.log
