Symptoms

In the 13c EM Cloud console, multiple diagnostic incidents are being raised with the below error:

DFW-99998 [java.lang.NullPointerException][oracle.sysman.sdkImpl.core.regions.model.event.summaryregion.SummaryOverviewModelBean.getSummaryCounts
